I was 82.3 kilos just shy of a week ago. I am 81.3 sitting here writing this.
Here’s all I’m doing:
There’s only 2 numbers I really care about: my overall calorie intake and my protein and that’s it.
For more focused results, accuracy counts. If you want to lose fat and you’re not, you’re not in a deficit. The numbers you think you’re taking in are being overestimated. Over-reporting happens quite a bit.
Of course there’s not much fat on me to lose, so I’ll stop pretty soon.
I’ll run a body scan afterwards and show you guys the results.

You don’t HAVE to do what I’m doing. That said, A WHOLE LOT OF PEOPLE have lost weight using MFP.
