  3. Give yourself time. This is a marathon not a sprint.
  4. Don’t beat yourself up,
  5. Eat protein it’s pretty cool.
  6. Watch what you tell yourself. You are not useless, awkward, clumsy etc etc.
  7. If you make it through the doors of a gym it’s more than what 90% of people will ever do.
  8. Get a support network if you don’t have one.
  9. Don’t listen to people who keep asking you why you’re doing it. Soon they’ll be asking how you did it.
  10. Invest in yourself because you are worth it and always will be.
