I’ll admit it, I’m completely biased.

When somebody tells me “I don’t need the gym” I now stand there and smile and think to myself “lol what a crock of shit”.

Everybody can benefit from going to a place where the express intent of it is to improve your body.

One of my clients who is a rally car driver said to me “since working with you and putting gym work in the difference is night and day. I now have far more energy than I did before I started.

I said to him “think of yourself as a car and the gym is your workshop. When you’re in here you’re up on a hoist, being worked on and improved”.

Go to the gym. Learn about your body. Improve it.
